Swimwell Stafford has been built from the ground up at Kingsmead Retail Park. It's designed with everything families love about Swimwell, with more space, more programmes and more opportunities to learn to swim in Stafford.
At the new pool, families can expect:

When does Kingsmead open?
We're opening on 30th May 2026 and you can book your spaces now.
Can I book online?
Yes. Learn to Swim and Baby and Toddler sessions are available to book now. Online booking for other programmes will follow as they open. We'll email you when yours is ready.
I already swim at Walton — do I need to re-register?
No. If you're already on our system, just get in touch and we'll help you transfer or add a Kingsmead session.
Will there be SEND sessions?
Yes. We're planning both small group SEND lessons and one-to-one sessions, plus sessions for the home-educating community. Register your interest above and we'll be in touch.
Is there parking at Kingsmead?

What age can children start swimming lessons?
We currently offer lessons from 3 months. When Kingsmead opens, we'll be starting lessons from birth. Register your interest to be first to know.
