Rookie Lifesaving Taster Session - Open Day
Want to find out what Rookie Lifesaving is all about? Come and try it for free at our open day launch event.
The Rookie Lifeguard programme is a nationally recognised course delivered in partnership with the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS UK). It teaches children essential lifesaving skills through fun, practical activities — from throw rescues to survival techniques — while building fitness, confidence, and teamwork in the water.
This taster session gives your child a chance to experience the programme before committing to the full course.
